Where Winds Meet: Healer’s Calling Legacy Quest Walkthrough

Interested in the healer profession but not sure where to start? Here is a walkthrough of the Legacy – Healer's Calling quest. In this guide, I’ll show you where to find the start of the quest and the steps you need to follow to complete it. This will give you a better understanding of the healer profession as you encounter other content related to it.

Pull up your map and travel to the Mercyheart Town teleport in northern Qinghe. From there, head northwest toward the green book icon on the map. This icon was already visible for me, but if it isn’t for you, check your quests. If you haven’t completed it yet, it should appear there. I believe you need to be level 13 to start the quest. The exact map location is shown below.

As you start traveling toward the green book icon, look for a man named Mu Ji'an standing next to a Poisoned Traveler. Speak with Mu Ji'an.

He will task you with finding herbs. Follow the quest marker and pick up the three herbs in front of you.

Bring the herbs back to Mu Ji'an. He will then task you with crafting medicine. Open your menu and select the Bag tab, then choose the consumable you need. I just selected what the game suggested. Once the consumable is selected, press the square button to craft. This will bring you to the Brew Medicine screen. Press X to confirm, then press the square button again to begin crafting the medicine.

Once the medicine is made, Mu Ji'an will task you with healing the poisoned traveler. This will bring up a tutorial screen explaining how to start healing. Read through it and follow the steps. I play with a controller, so all commands below will be for the PlayStation controller.

You will then be brought into a separate screen where the game will determine the diagnosis and recommend a treatment. I highly suggest sticking with whatever treatment the game selects. After that, you’ll enter the mini card game used for the healer profession. It’s fun to play from time to time, and thankfully, when you heal NPCs or other players later on, there will be an option to auto-heal.
For now, the game requires you to learn the card game manually. It does a good job guiding you through the steps the first time. Follow the prompts, and once you finish, you should see a “Healing Successful” screen.

After succeeding, talk to Mu Ji'an again.

The quest will then prompt you to upgrade a healer skill. Open your menu and go to the Profession tab. From there, select Prescription Upgrade, then Healer’s Upgrade, and do exactly that, upgrade lol. This will complete the quest and you are now part of the healer profession!

You will need Career Notebooks to continue upgrading your healer tier.
